I love singing,
dancing, and I think I'd be a pretty decent actress. You could say I'm
a triple threat. I also love hanging out with a friend and doing nothing
particularly special, driving at night, yoga, having philosophical discussions,
acting like I'm five, sitting and reading on a comfy couch in a coffee
shop, seeing live bands, listening to and watching heavy downpours with
lightning and thunder, trying new foods and/or restaurants, and perusing
the books in the psychology, sociology, linguistics, mythology, science
and math sections of a bookstore.

Monday / 18 / August
I completed the newsletter for Jump-Start recently. The newenglandchestsurgery.com
website is still in progress. I submitted a proposal to do another website,
so hopefully that will be a new job! I'm in talks with a band to maybe
do their logo.
Monday
/ 19 / May
I've been buying a lot of graphic design books lately. Books on the
business of design, on creative inspiration, on other designers' works.
Saturday
/ 9 / February
I went to "Second Saturday" tonight. Every second Saturday,
there is a group of art galleries on South Flores and Lonestar that
show their stuff. They also have some live bands playing.
Thursday / 17 / January
I am currently working from home, due to a bunionectomy I had done on
my left foot last week. The surgery went well. It wasn't as scary as
I thought it'd be. It's amazing all the different aspects of your life
that can be affected by not having a foot.
Saturday
/ 5 / January
I volunteered to help backstage at Jump-Start Peformance Company, which
is a cool little theatre in the artsy district of downtown San Antonio.
They had a bunch of different acts perform tonight during a 4 hour show.
The people at Jump-Start are great, and I'm definitely going to volunteer
with them regularly! I already volunteered once before, and it was a
lot of fun.
